Positive: Professionalism
Even though it took almost 2 months to receive a call back for a consultation, Horrigan was compassionate about my situation and was able to guide me in the direction I should go. Even though I didn’t agree 100% with the direction at least he thought of something and that is more than I can say for a lot of these attorneys in town.

My case was refused in 2017 even though my daughter was requesting assistance with her dad. He declined however a very serious situation or rose during the time that I had not been able to deal with my ex and I have lost custody of my child 100% because Mr. Horrigan sat on my documents and left me a sitting. I almost missed things running out of time because he had not responded to them and my case would have been even worse.
