Every time something is wrong and we call about it they raise our rent. This last time they raised our rent and they are not even fixing the issue. Our rent in the last seven years has gone up by 37%. They seem nice enough but God forbid if you have a problem.

Debbie is willing to get into a shouting match with you. No time for this nonsense. Got involved with this company because my slumlords no longer "cared", due to us getting code enforcement involved to fix issues that were neglected for over a year. We were kind, but naive and broke enough to let them get away with several violations. But once we had enough, the slumlords ran away to get Heritage involved in their place after years with no property manager. I read the reviews of this company and immediately got sick to my stomach. We moved out as soon as we got our things in order. Debbie is not

I am an owner of a Condo managed by Heritage. I do not live in the area & therefore need someone who is knowledgeable & responsible to manage the condo for me. They have done this for many years. They have been very good in obtaining & qualifying new tenants when needed. It's important that the condo be fully leased. They have promptly taken care of any repairs or upkeep when needed.
I'm very satisfied with their services. I recommend them.
