Services
We are staffed with two certified residential appraisers and one certified general appraiser. All three appraisers are certified to complete FHA appraisals, and Charles M. Swanson and Amy K. Rickard are VA approved appraisers. Our office is also part of the Department of Natural Resources's and MDOT's approved appraiser list.
If you are going to sell real estate, it would be wise to invest in a professional appraisal. While initially costing a small fee, professional appraisals will pay for themselves in the long run. Unless a homeowner studies real estate values on a day-to-day basis, as a professional appraiser does, it's difficult for him or her to get an idea of real estate values.
Maybe you feel like you don't need an appraisal but you'd still like some help gathering local property and sales data. We can provide low-cost sales and listing reports that will guide you through the maze of raw data. Our reports help you to make an informed buying decision.

Critical: Value
The guy was at my house for exactly 20 minutes, took a bunch of random photos, and boom 18 hours later my appraisal was done. Came in way lower than expected, and not even close to the companion my neighbor hood. I would not recommend this business. Totally not worth the price we ended up paying.

Apparently, this "professional" appraisal company has made a written statement indicating that residential property values would not be affected if a gravel pit were to be developed in the area adjacent to and near property that people own and live on (in Negaunee township)! People have their residences on properties that are directly adjacent to the site and several homes are also within several hundred feet of the site (800'). The proposed site of the gravel pit is also currently zoned residiential. All of this information is publicly available from the Negaunee Township office.
