Services
Dirker's and Associates Behavioral Health (DABH) provides counseling services based on guidelines endorsed by the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). Prospective clients must first have a chemical dependency assessment., which includes referral to the appropriate level of care. Our philosophy is to individualize and modify the treatment program requirements based on the client's progress.
All CMS HIPPA Privacy and Security Rules are enforced. You will be given a copy of these regulations. We do not release chart notes or personal information without the client's written consent, except as allowed by law or under court order. HIPPA rules allow for us to contact by phone the client's medical provider(s) or counselors in the case of potential danger to the health or well being of the client or other person.
An addict's return to well-being and functional living depends not only on their personal commitment and motivation, but equally to the support and compassion of those who care most about them. Often family members do not understand the nature of the illness and cast blame, or unintentionally enable the addictive behavior for personal reasons.
