A lifelong fascination with real estate lead to Martha's working with investors and earning her Illinois Real Estate Broker's license. Beyond Properties took such great care of me and my husband's selling and buying needs. They sold our house and ensured we found a new home in our budget that we loved! Erica was terrific! She made great suggestions in staging the house and the pictures were fantastic. She had drummed up interest in the property and we had multiple showings on the first day. This led to a full price, 1st day offer which really reduced the amount of stress I had about selling my home. Erica guided me through the attorney and inspection review period and helped make sure the closing took place in a timely fashion, She is an exceptional professional and I would highly recommend her.

I found my condo during quarantine. Michelle was my agent and she did a great job negotiating the sale price, getting me closing credits and connecting me with home inspector, mortgage broker and attorney! I signed my contract on 5.23.2020. Closing was scheduled for 7.23.2020 and was held on 7.23.2020 @ 10:00@m. I did a final inspection the day before closing with Michelle, but I was in a conference room alone with attorney on Zoom due to Covid. It’s amazing that despite Covid-19, we were able to accomplish the sale, I received my VA loan and walked out of the closing with a check for $326! Thank
