I stay at a building located at 7947 s. Marquette….I’ve been there a year and it has been pure hell….when I first moved in last November I had an issue with black mold in my unit…I put in several work orders for the issue and all they did was come and paint over the mold!!!!…..I had this issue until about May with several work orders being placed and the issue was never fixed because I’m having the same exact problem again now and the mold is even worse…..my partner and I both have gotten sick because of the mold…..my cat is even sick…..someone came yesterday and once again just

I been with Pangea for 4yrs now and alot has changed. The building i live in is alot different from the beginning time when i first moved in.The property Manager Ms.Chanel has always been a joy since day 1; first moving in. She has always acknowledged all my concerns; truly do appreciate that a whole lot. I do plan on moving sometime next year 2022 and will always acknowledge Ms. Chanel for everything she has done; blessings to her.

They left water in the cabinet under the sink in my pans. Even though I had told them there was water underneath that cabinet to the right of the sink and they kept telling me there was no water, they did not look to see that there was. I am very disappointed. I was told that someone will come to clean this mess up no one showed up. There needs to be mold spray put in here on the counters and under the sink under the sink is horrible.

Typical bait and switch operation. They advertise apartments for rent have you complete an application, charge $25 per person for credit and background check. Only to tell you the apartment you originally were interested in has been rented. When you try to call Pangea..it's usually 30mins to an hour wait, just for them to offer you an apartment you cannot afford or in an location you don want...then tell you 3 to 6 months before anything becomes available... what a rip off. If you don't have units available for rent, why tell someone that you do just to get $25 fee....you will never get an apartment

Pangea Real Estate has been a great experience for 8 years for me and my wife as their tenants. They fix things in our apartment in an adequate amount of time. Once I was temporally out of work, Got behind in my rent and Pangea was very understanding as long as we tried to pay what we could until I got back on my feet. Their maintenance team are cordial professional and efficient. They do not go up on your rent at a ridiculous rate each year. I'm glad I chose Pangea when I went apartment shopping.

Horrible place to live. Fixing the problems are always temporary fixes, patchwork. Toilet kept leaking. During CO-VID, intimidated the residents to leave by constantly entering the apt even though they knew they live in there. Management very unprofessional, with very bad attitudes, if you have difficulties.
Rat infested and the spray the use on Wednesdays do not work. They do not close the holes. The trash is not picked up on weekends which overflows. Everything is patchwork to make it appear to look good on the outside.
Walls are paper thin, poorly made.

This property deserves a negative rating!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!! Pangea Oaks & Pangea on Gwynn Oak Ave properties are the worst in Baltimore! Where do I start... 1. Everyone from the leasing agents, the matinence men, to even the property manager are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Their CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! 2. The property is unmanaged and un-kept. Trash pick-up is only 1 day out of a week. Trash is spread all over the property all the time. Other people dump their trash into the properties dumpsters.
