We have been part of Buford since 1996 opening our first office near the library and old hospital. As our office grew we hired licensed agents and service personnel with specific specialization in Auto and Home Insurance, Business Insurance and Life Insurance. We relocated to South Lee Street in 2006 to accommodate our growing agency.

My mom was a loyal customer to Nationwide for years if not decades. When she bought her house she decided to use them for her home insurance. Worst decision ever!!! after two years she refinanced her home and Nationwide never followed up on her new process and didn’t charge the escrow account they sent her to collection when it was their fault they did follow with the escrow account and take the money from there. After this she decided to cancel her policy and the biggest surprise of all, these people were insuring her previous rental home and not her actual home, if anything would have happened

I called The Nolan group when I was purchasing a house and needed homeowners insurance. I left messages with 2 other agencies and never heard back from anyone. I found The Nolan Group and called and the receptionist immediately transferred me to speak with Stacey. She went over what all is required and what best fit my needs for my home. I called Stacey back after closing on my home and had my car insured with them. Stacey stays on top of everything and I am so glad the other 2 agencies never called back. I met Walker Nolan a few years back at a professional forum and we exchanged cards. When I was elected President of my Condo Assoc., I thought the incumbent insurance was excessive and gave the Nolan Agency a call. They produced not only one but two solid renewal quotes and the Board accepted the best program. I'm told condo association insurance can be hard coverage to place, but the Nolan folks came through. Our Association was very pleased with the premium savings, better coverages and the continuous good service. Any Condo Associations out there -- give the Nolan Agency an opportunity.

The agency recently called to go over my policies (Auto, Home, Boat, and Life). Stacey explained my coverages and went over discounts that could help save my family money.
