Tripp is a co-owner of J&H Insurance Services, and has been in the insurance industry for 22 years, 19 years of which have been dedicated to the aviation insurance industry. He has spent a year working in the London Aviation Insurance marketplace (Alexander Howden), and the other 10 years with Marsh's Aviation Practice as a Vice President, where he was responsible for handling variety of aviation accounts throughout the Southeast.
In addition to traditional brokerage services, J&H Insurance Services provides its clients with a broad range of aviation insurance and risk management services. Operational Risk Assessment (an in-depth onsite review of the aviation business or flight department's exposures to loss.). Contract Review & Analysis (A review of aircraft purchase/lease agreements, dry leases, time-share agreements, hangar agreements, and maintenance contracts, etc.).
