Today was the fourth time in a row my order was wrong.
Two of these I ordered through Grubhub and the same mistake was made for both orders. Both of these times I ordered my favorite roll with three components - they kept adding the wrong ingredient instead of avocado, and it was not a reasonable substitute. Kitchen mistakes happen I understand. Both times they refunded me for the rolls but the receptionist handed the phone off to the manager and both seemed incredibly irritated and didn't display any sympathetic actions.
The other two of these times I ordered pickup via the phone. Because

€Unprecedented and trying”. There was a time when LuLu deserved it’s prime location in Old Town. Maybe it’s a staffing shortage, supply chain issue, or the aforementioned adjectives, either way, that time has passed.
Ordered two meals, the quality of meat for each being something you’d expect from a college cafeteria, undercooked and rubbery. But hey, the rice was decent.
It’s a bummer but I’d recommend exploring a different option for Asian cuisine, or learning how to make it yourself.
*As for the “Local Guides” who seemed to be enamored with this place, I’d be weary of

Fresh ingredients, artful recipes, some tweaks may be needed. I tried the veggie pineapple curry which was great.

I've been to Lulu twice. My most recent visit was last night on Christmas Eve. As expected, it was really busy! The wait wasn't too bad -10 minutes. The service was amazing. Our waitress was friendly, smiling, and efficient in lieu of the holiday chaos. My son had the Lo Mein, I had the Crab Rangoon and the Kung Pao Chicken. The portions were big and the prices are reasonable.

***second experience 2 stars probably...lo mein was mush and swimming in sauce, egg rolls were overcooked and inedibly dripping with oil, egg drop soup was great! Now I don't know what to think!
Can I give 10 stars??? First time trying it today and I was elated! I've been in search of good chinese food for a long time. The previous 4 places I've tried in this area were really bad, this was kind of my last hope and it came through! So glad I have a go to place now!

Lulu's ruined our Christmas Night Dinner. We were isolated housebound due to COVID, so we placed a delivery order through Door Dash 6 hours earlier, Paid for it, and then had it confirmed multiple times, only to have LuLu's cancel the order an hour after they were supposed to deliver the order. Lulu's had other business, and though they think they only screwed a random Door Dash customer, it must have seemed good business to screw a Door Dash's customer, I know who they are, I know they ruined our Christmas dinner. It was Lulu's caring more about their bottom line and not their clientele. Door

My fiance and I where up in Fort Collins last walking around after shopping a bit decided to step into the restaurant the host got us seated really quickly. As she was leaving the table she said some in will be with you eventually that there is not good hosing skills. Other thing is we got seated and 3 other groups came in after us they got served right away while me and my fiance sat there waiting to be served over nearly 30 to 45 mins the waitress passed us up not once but 8 times never got drinks ordered or food. Not a great place to eat if you ask me I get better service at McDonald's than

I’ve ordered a few times for delivery in the last couple months. Both times the food has was the best Asian food that I’ve tasted in my 12 years in Fort Collins. And the sushi is very fresh and delicious.

Superb service from excellent servers, hosts, and backhouse staff! The food is incredible whether you are getting hot food, freshly prepared sushi, or getting the best of both worlds with a reasonably priced bento box! The restaurant is clean and pristine. My server, Dena was very attentive! She offered me lemon water and checked up on me regularly to see if I needed anything throughout my meal. This restaurant has the best Asian food in town with a variety of different cuisines! Lulu's is a must!

Lulu's consistently provides the best sushi. In my opinion, it's one of two places in Foco I'll even bother going to for sushi.
If you've ever had salmon sushi of questionable quality and freshness, then you know how nice it is to find a place that only ever serves you the good stuff.
It costs $20 for a roll and two orders of salmon sushi, but I think it's worth it.
How can you go wrong with fish that looks this pretty and tastes DIVINE?

Honestly it wasn't very good in the Chinese dish area. I cannot speak for their sushi. The tuna wontons tasted like they used canned tuna. I got chow fun and it was actually bad, like inedible bad. I am a huge fan of Chinese food so get it often. I know what is good. That aside they delivered quickly so the service is good.

Food is okay, but you can get better for lower prices. the atmosphere inside is nice to dine in, but the service can be slow. overall I'd say decent food, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here with so many other great places around

Service needs work. Recommend cleaning properly.
Went here for dinner, was excited because I’ve ordered out a few times and it was pretty decent. This was my first time interacting with the staff directly and wow was it a letdown.
Walked in and told them a table after being acknowledged by the hostess, she then ignored me and had to state it again a few seconds later in order to be seated.
Then had my waitress drop menus off, etc. Took the menus when asked for them to be left. When I was ordering, she didn’t listen nor look at the sushi list. Brought me the wrong roll (wanted hand). Then

Great little sushi place! The waitress was attentive and so sweet. The sushi boat was perfect and beautifully made. Fresh sashimi, nigiri and rolls. Make sure to ask for the "fun" sake bombs. Will definitely go back on our next girls trip to FoCo!

I am a little torn by this place. The crab cheese wontons are amazing but I ordered a simple avocado roll through GrubHub and it seems as though someone ate two pieces of the sushi? The bag was stapled together so I don't believe it was the driver who would have done it ... maybe a hiccup in the kitchen? Overall tastes good but quality and quantity not so great :/

This is the perfect restaurant for a group of picky eaters. Its menu runs the gamut from Pad Thai to Sushi to Sesame Chicken to Shrimp Tempura, so there's something for everyone. The bento boxes are my favorite part of the menu, as you get to try a bunch of things instead of just one. The sesame chicken is really a highlight, as it's always been perfectly cooked each time I've had it, and is such a wonderful foil to some sushi.

Small niggles include the world's cheapest salad mix, and slow response to drink refills. Lulu's is the kind of place I like going to on my own

I checked out this place for lunch. Practically everything was inedible!!!! Never in my life have I ever wanted to dine and dash until I ate here. This is my first bad review on Yelp.

I ordered a Bento Box with teriyaki chicken. It also included rice, a salad, fried spring roll, soup, and a California roll. For a beverage I ordered jasmine tea...

The tea had absolutely no flavor! The salad was drenched in some orange flavored dressing. The teriyaki chicken was probably the worst part of the meal. It was boiled chicken covered in teriyaki sauce, neither the sauce or the chicken had any flavor

I finished reaching a class at CSU about virtual reality and dropped over to visit a friend who suggested Lulu Asian Bistro for a bite since she had a 20% off the entire bill coupon.

Finding a parking spot in Old Town Fort Collins is always an issue, but walking a couple blocks spurred my appetite.

It was early - around 5pm - and there was no wait, although the place is pretty big, including a sushi bar in the back.

The food came out on a wooden board with nice presentation. We split up some Americanish rolls - Park Ridge was crunchy for $12.95 and the Dragon was California inside, crab / avocado
