We are a B&W Lunch Bunch which meets monthly. We had lunch there in November and decided we liked it soo much that we have have our Christmas gathering there. Their gumbo is more than outstanding!! Nicely decorated! Personnel very helpful, cordial, professional and efficient! We will be returning soon. Keep up the good work!! Food well prepared and presentation is great!

Tonight has been an exceptionally good dining experience at pics. We had a party of eight and the service was very good. Our party ordered a variety of different dishes, and I got the lake Erie perch.. The Perch was cooked to perfection as opposed to many who over salt it, and it was served with a delicious remoulade.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The menu is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The food is absolutely terrible, the owner is single handedly responsible for allowing what should be an incredible establishment to turn into one of the trashiest bars in Akron. Complete negligence on his part. Lakers are extremely disappointed in the trashy clientele that has flooded this place in the last two years and due to this has invaded our area and leaked into other establishments.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! The patio was very dog friendly. Our waitress brought our pup a bowl of ice water and we didn’t even have to ask. Another waitress brought him bacon strips, and they had plain burgers we could order for him. We both had cocktails, split the Buffalo dip, and had sandwiches, and it all tasted great— especially the dip! Located right on the lake, you can’t beat the location.

I'd say this place is nice for the weekends (it gets packed) to go have drinks with some light bar food. all you should expect from here is a night of fun and socializing with barely ok drinks and decent food. Our drinks were either 90% alcohol or 90% juice. No consistency but when your having fun who cares.

All I can say is poor service from the start. My husband and I arrived around there at eight. It was not busy at the time. We asked for a side of Buffalo sauce it took two different waitresses to finally get it to us. The bartenders all had an attitude and ignored us the entire time. I asked for a drink and she told me I’m just going to have to wait because they are understaffed. I completely understand but how she said it was completely inappropriate. Scenery is great. Coconut shrimp was delicious. The perch sandwich should be changed. It came with two tiny breaded pieces of perch that were dwarfed by the giant bun they sat in. A slice of tomato and very mushy lettuce were inside the bun. My friend also had the perch sandwich and one of her two tiny pieces was mostly batter, the fish was hiding. The chef can certainly do better or just remove this item from the menu.

BE AWARE THIS PLACE DOESN'T ACCEPT ANYONE OUT OF STATE!!!! Me and my buddy went here and the bartender folded our IDs in half and now both IDs cannot be scanned because of the bartender making folds and defacing the IDs. The bartender claimed our IDs were fake when they are in fact REAL! After I assured her it was real then she grabbed security to check it and security said it was real. As the weather is warming and motorcycle weather is upon us, my husband and I always like to ride to places with outdoor seating and on the water when possible. I gave three stars only because they're on the water and have outdoor seating. The food is typically awful, and the service not much better either. It's too bad because the place has potential just not much fine-tuning or attention to details.

The food and drink were great, and our server was lovely. It was a great atmosphere for an early evening dinner. However, I noticed a lot of improper mask use. Many employees did not have the mask covering their nose or failed to wear one at all. I work in the service industry as well and I know it's not the most comfortable to wear a mask in the heat, but people who are serving food and drink should definitely be wearing them.

The food was horrible. They had 3 different menus. We were forced to order from the " fine dining" menu when we actually came specifically for the burgers. There was no seating avail in the other areas hence we were forced to another area. I wouldn't have minded standing to get what I wanted but we were told we had to sit. We were not informed of the drink tokens that you buy b4 10 which is the time they stopped serving. So we were limited to 2 drinks a piece. We arrived by boat on an overcast Sun afternoon - Browns were playing but we found a seat where we could see the TVs. Not many draft beers to choose from as they've ended the summer selection but not yet added any fall beers. The server was friendly, suggested the game time special which was a tower of apps and we selected that. Chips and queso, wings, 4 tacos. Everything was fine but not amazing. We left because they were power washing a gazebo at 1pm during our lunch. When we asked if they could wait until after lunch so their patrons could enjoy a meal on the dock the two manages said no, they have a schedule they have to keep. I said, is a schedule more important than making business and asked her to decide. If they could postpone the washing we would stay but otherwise we would cancel the food order. SHE opted to cancel our food order and second drink order for 6 people. Another table left too. Bad customer service and bad business savvy.

Went here twice, the first time we were here was the "Country Fest Kickoff" party with Mark Leach, unfortunately we tried to order food but waited over 2 hours, when the food was finally coming out we were also told only some of it was there, because they ran out and they wanted to know if we could order something else.
