Not an honest place!!! Not sure what has happened over the last 20 yrs but this location in Smyrna has gone from great to NEVER NEVER again! Just beware they lie and cheat. Since most people want to trust their mechanic and this doesn't happen here. They are not even honest with a simple tire repair.

Excellent! I don't normally leave reviews, but I was extremely satisfied by the service I received. They did a great job and never tried to sell me anything else, or tell me I had a problem that did not exist, that has happened to me multiple times at other shops, so I'm always weary. I will definitely return!

Look for tires for over a month found this place not far from where I live the people were very awesome the tires are great the service was fantastic I will definitely buy from them again and I recommend anybody that wants to be treated like a customer should be and wants to get a quality tire at a great price definitely stop by and see this place or contact them online they will definitely help you and you will definitely be a satisfied customer

My most recent visit was to get my tires rotated (I bought my tires there, so I get free rotations now). I went on a Saturday, and barely got in before they closed. No sooner had I sat down, pulled my phone out, and began mindlessly surfing the web than they popped back in to the lobby to let me know the car was ready. In and out in right around 5 minutes. CRAZY! I even thought that perhaps they hadn't actually done the work, but I checked my tires and they had been rotated.
Based on that experience, they would garner a 5 star rating. However, I've used Tire World for a long while

I've been a customer for a long time, primarily because I can trust them... I have several cars including older cars and sports cars, and I know I can count on them to take care of what I own, even when I'm not in town and my wife or daughter brings something in. The guys will take the time to find a hard to find tire size, a custom part, or whatever I need. As long as this continues, I will remain a customer.

I am not one to complain but feel i should share my experience.
Had two bad experiences in the last couple of months and have decided Tire World is not for me. Spent over $1000 and still don't have the issue with my van fixed. I was told they don't troubleshoot everything and even though they drove my car to see if it drove good they missed the terrible shaking in the steering wheel when you break.
I feel like I got suckered into a lot of work that didn't fix the issue.
