I was in the Lombard area several weeks ago visiting from Denver Co. I lost a crown during my visit on a Friday night. Called the office at 745 am on Saturday and they answered the phone. The lady who helped me was awesome took all my insurance information and set my appointment for 1215. When I arrived the ladies behind the front desk had all of my paper ready to go, they explained everything in detail. I was seen by Dr. Michael Colletti, he took the time to explain everything start to finish. He totally put me at ease on what was going on. Several hours later a new temp crown and I was ready

Staff is great ! Super nice and hard working ladies.
Unfortunately, I hated seeing How Dr. Colletti treats his staff. He has no respect for any of the ladies.
Talks to them absolutely rude and remove things out of their hand rudely. Another thing I’d like to point out is he tends to talk ALOT about politics !!! Which isn’t a professional.

Probably the best overall dental office I've been to. Extremely professional and courteous throughout, from the front desk folks to the hygienists and especially Drs. Michael and Vince (I've had both). And the entire facility is very clean, modern and actually pleasant to spend time in. Highly recommended!

I am not one to ever write a review, however for Dr. Vince I will make an exception! When you first open the door of the office you feel very comfortable, most certainly you never feel you are in a dentist office. Then after meeting Dr. Vince and his staff you know how caring and professional they all are. I had en emergency double extraction and Dr. Vince, he took me right in and explained in detail to me every step of the procedure. I was informed all through the 2 hours I spent in the chair. My 5 year old had a bad experience with a different dentist and was EXTREMELY nervous abt going to see Dr Vince. But the staff put him at ease and Dr Vince worked really hard to connect with him, learn what he is into, explain things, and make it a really relaxed positive experience. Love my dentist!! I've been going to Dr Colletti for at least 9 years and I'm so lucky I found this office. My teeth have never been healthier and I feel like they genuinely care about my oral health as cheesy as that sounds! And if you're considering going now just know they have taken every possible measure to keep patients safe! I just went today so I know the hygienist wasn't just wearing a mask she had a mask, shield, jacket, gloves, and each cleaning pod has its own air sanitizer. I felt so safe and so grateful.

Dr. Colletti and Dr. V , are the best dentist I've ever had. The office staff are helpful , compassionate, friendly and knowledgeable. The office is bright, clean, cheerful and comfortable. TV's in dental chairs with massaging backs.. I also like there taste in clinic music. Dental hygiene crew always makes me feel welcome, cared for and professional. 5 stars for local family dentistry. I was then called twice more with the same information, which I told them they'd already called me with that info. Triple checked the

The experience is never less than stellar. Well placed reminders help to keep the appointment. The staff is always cheery and welcoming upon arrival. Appointment times are always kept on schedule. The Docs, techs and supporters are always professional, pleasant and informative. They all know what they are doing and make the visit pleasant and worthwhile.

When I was a kid, I got so nervous about going to the dentist that I'd feel nauseated while sitting in the waiting room. Luckily I grew out of that. But like most people, I'm not jumping for joy on the days I have a dentist appointment. There's just no way around it.

Just by walking in the door, you can tell this is a family practice that truly cares about their patients. I really appreciated how friendly the staff was. I will admit that I was a little anxious to see the dentist but the hygienist and Dr. Vince eased my nerves right away. I was a new patient so my entire exam and cleaning was done by Dr. Vince. He talked me through the entire exam and offered great tips. I could feel a difference in my teeth after the cleaning - Dr. Vince uses the best quality equipment so the process is painless and quick.

I recently met Dr Vince for a check up after several years of avoiding visiting a dental office and I am happy to report my experience was superb. Everything from staff to facilities was perfect. Greeted and treated with a friendly staff after a tour and had first hand attention during my cleaning from Dr Vince. I felt as though he was very thorough and complete. If there is anything I may need in the future I wild definitely come here and recommend them to anyone needing dental care!

Once Dr. Vince got started I just sat back & enjoyed the massage chair/TV-- a really comfortable appointment, I felt taken care of throughout, Dr. Vince was very attentive & my teeth feel great--
Follow-up was clear & easy to understand-- really flexible schedule on weeknights & weekends

The office is nice, but that's about it. Buyer be warned, they are NOT in any insurance network so even preventative care like a simple cleaning is NOT covered even if you have insurance!! This should be disclosed when booking the appointment or when they make a copy of the insurance card. It is very misleading and they are not willing to work with you. When I tried to ask questions about the bill the front office staff got very short and rude with me when I was just trying to understand the charges. The dental hygienists and dentists are very nice, but I most certainly will not be going back
