Dr. Dolinar received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1980.
Dr. Dolinar completed a General Practice Residency at Erie County Medical Center in 1981, after which he opened his practice in 1981 at 108 Buffalo Street in Hamburg, NY, across the street from the current location at 121 Buffalo Street. He is a member in good standing of the 8th District Dental Society, NYS Dental Association, American Dental Association.

Wonderful office! I’ve tried many dentists over the years but none even compare to Drs. Dolinar and Thomas. They are very personable and don’t mind spending a few extra minutes just chatting to get to know their patients. They are great with adults and children. My kids love going to the dentist and it is mostly because this office makes it so fun for them. The office always smells extra clean and everyone is professional.

Dr. Dolinar is incredibly professional, kind, and caring. I have always had a horrible experience with previous dentists and pain and after my friend suggested Dr. Dolinar, I was apprehensive but glad I took a chance. I never feel a thing, and he is so incredibly comforting. He always asks if everything is okay and pauses every once in a while to make sure you’re comfortable. Staff is friendly and professional as well and the office is spotless! Highly recommend.
