I had an appointment at this office for 3:30 I got there at 3:35 and they told me they didn’t have time to take me in a very unprofessional manner.” Looked at me and said yeah I can’t take her I don’t have time” I said it’s been 5 minutes. “She goes well idk what to tell you” I know being late I’m subjected to these type of things but to not have any grace period in December dead of winter in absurd.

Absolutely wonderful, over the past 8 years this is the only dentist office that I am considering going back to and doing dentures with.. I have a serious fear of the dentist and had to leave appointments in the past due to panic attacks, I did very well at this office, I only cried once and I felt good about it..the only draw back is they do not offer general anesthesia, obviously they will be numbing me with Novocaine but I do need to contact my primary to get something to be lightly sedated so that I am okay during the procedure.. I recommend this office they were very kind understanding and

I was schedule for two tiny fillings today that they noticed on X-ray at my first appt in July. I arrived today signed my papers they numbed my gums and then came in to tell me they couldn’t preform the fillings today and wanted to yank out 3 bottom teeth because one root of the one tooth had slight shadowing. So when I was at my first appt they never reviewed my xrays and also never told me what I was coming in for. I was very upset that there was little communication and my xrays looked ok. I didnt see shadowing. I work with animal dentist and I saw nothing on the xrays that looked abnormal

I had an appointment for some fillings, but had to reschedule due to my insurance not showing up. The secretary there (Jasmine) was nice enough to keep watch, letting me know when the insurance was in place so I wouldn't get stuck paying out of pocket. I had to return a few days after for some readjusting and Amy, (the hygenist) did an amazing job, ensuring I was comfortable before leaving. Caring professionals are hard to find, but here they are abundant.

Was a problem the second I got there! First you have to call upon arrival due to COVID which I understand problem is no one answers finally l get a call back to state I had no coverage which I do! Could of been cleared up If Jasmine who answered wasn’t ignorant
Finally fixed that problem just to find them searching for something else smh! I left with no service Jasmine if you don’t like your job find a different one or freshen up on your people skills! Also searching for a new dentist office I will never go back there!

Terrible. My wife got teeth pulled and it was done incorrectly. Then left her with pain for WEEKS without answering any calls, or sending her any prescriptions for the pain (no Tylenol or ibuprofen or antibiotics). Came back to the office and was treated extremely disrespectfully by the women staff. Dentist himself only seems to care about money and not his patients. Very unprofessional do not recommend.

McKinley crossing dental was the worst dentist I have ever been to, the doctor is unprofessional and rude. I was told my teeth could not be fixed and I needed all except two extracted at the age of 28. I am so glad I got a second opinion turns out all I needed was FILLINGS bot even root canals but fillings!! Please do not go to this business and if you do go to this office make sure you get a second opinion. Thanks to this doctor I was so upset and put off getting dental work for months, I now go to Better Smile office and they are what a dentist should be like!!! I hope my experience will help

I had my 1st appointment today at McKinley Crossing Dental. I have horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I hadn't been to one in about 5 years. Everyone from the staff when you first walk in, to the hygienist, to the dentist were so nice and welcoming. I believe I seen Vera as my hygienist this morning. she was so nice and was always engaging in conversation. I think she could tell I was nervous. Wonderful place.

I was Completely at ease in this office and I HATE going to the dentist. I definitely recommend giving McKinley Crossing a call, especially if you have anxiety when it comes to your dental health. The appointment went so well I scheduled my daughter a visit with the hygienist for next week. Great care. Friendly staff.#SatisfiedCustomer
