I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property (land, lots and multi family units) within the cities of Moscow, Troy, Potlatch, Deary, ELlk River, Bovill, Genesee, Viola, Harvard and Princeton. I keep current on all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable regarding the local school system and area amenities.

Jennifer was extremely responsive and helpful in the negotiation process and finalization of the purchase of my home. I was from outside the area. She steered me to excellent resources. She was a strong advocate for me with the sellers and their agent. She saw issues I failed to see and followed through on their correction. She made the offer and purchase process much easier and more understandable and provided the guidance I needed.

Jennifer has helped us sell and buy multiple properties. We have purchased and sold homes with acreage, investment properties and places we fix up and sell or keep. We often deal with very complex transactions with lots of negotiating. She always knows how to coordinate accountants, title companies, lawyers and all the associated paperwork. Yes, she's our mom, but we would choose her anyway!

Jennifer Obrien was probably the most unethical real estate Agent/Broker that I have ever experienced. We were searching for a new Agent to list our house and asked her please not to contact our current agent as we hadn't made the decision to switch agents. Within 5 minutes she had called our current agent to let them know that we were switching agents. We were greatly disappointed in this. We would never use this agent for any real estate transactions as she is highly untrustworthy. Stay clear of this woman!!! She cannot be trusted.

If you're looking for an agent who is unreliable and highly unprofessional, look no further! We had trusted Jennifer with pertinent information and asked specifically that she keep this information to herself. Within minutes of us hanging up, she had already called other agents within Moscow ID spreading all the information we had just entrusted her with. I wouldn't refer Jennifer to anyone I know. Come to think of it, I wouldn't even refer her to people I didn't like. Home buyers and sellers beware.
