Great dentists and staff. We have been seeing him for over 13 years and have had great experiences every time. They are like the family we see 4 to6 times a year. Dr Matthews has always given back to the kids through the valentines day and Halloween parties, something we are yet to hear about from other health providers.

Great with kids! They took the time to explain each step of the process to not only me the parent, but my son as well, it really put him at ease. I like the fact that they give new patients kids a goodie bag and a tour so they feel rewarded and know exactly what to expect!

From the front desk to seeing the dentist and everything in between its an all around great place! Everyone is very nice and sweet my boys! I really love this office, the atmosphere is very pleasant! In addition, they make sure that your understand the recommended work to be done and your options.

We absolutely love the entire staff here! They talk to the children and walk them through everything that’s happening! In all my years it’s the most pleasant dental experiences, I wish they saw adults! My kids even ask when their next visit can be!

I love Dr. Dai and all of the sweet staff that always takes such great care of my daughter. I appreciate their kindness and patience. My daughter isn’t the easiest patient (she’s almost 2) and Dr. Dai always handles her with the utmost care and does not take any shortcuts just because my daughter is giving us a hard time. She has also been very supportive of our breastfeeding journey, which means the world to me!! I am SO happy we found Matthews and Dai Pediatric Dentistry!!

Dr. Mathews is the most sweetest and talented dentist. He was my first dentist ever since 03’ and even when he moved locations my mom found him. She made sure my siblings and I, were all seen by Dr. Mathews! My sister and I both had our braces done here. I love my smile! The team of assistants are always sweet! They really show their gratitude and respect for Dr. Matthews.

The dentists are awesome, as is the rest rest of the staff. Great big windows for the kids to look out during procedures. Lots and lots of chairs to see many patients at once. They keep it rolling like a fine oiled machine.

I was very nervous to bring all 3 of my young kids to the dentist, but from the moment I walked into their office I felt so welcomed! Throughout the whole visit everyone was very patient with my boys and treated us very good. We saw Dr Dai and loved her! She was very communicative about what we needed to do to keep their teeth looking good, and gave us a treatment plan based on what each one of them needed.

OMG this is a total scam! The things they told me before the work was performed was a complete lie. They said I had to pay 50% right there out of the pocket and the rest will be billed to my Delta Dental insurance, plus I was supposed to receive the refund for my 50% that I paid via credit card (based on what they said)... Turns out - they were actually out of network and none of them made any contact with my insurance before the procedure and no one got any authorization or approval. Extremely disappointed with the service of assessing and revising my son's lip and tongue ties when he was 2 weeks old. After having several issues after the lip tie revision (dr said there was no tongue tie) I went back 2 months later to have them make sure everything was ok. Dr. Insisted the lip tie was done successfully and again noted no issues with the tongue. Fast forward to 10 months old and my son has fallen off his growth curve and has swallowing issues with solid food.
