A virtual dental consultation, also known as teledentistry, is an easy way to receive essential oral health care without having to visit the dentist's office. If a natural tooth-colored porcelain crown is chosen, our CEREC CAD/CAM treatment gives patients a completed permanent crown in just one office visit. Other types of crowns require two office visits. Your Dentist will recommend the best type of crown for your dental restoration needs based on the chewing placement and structure of the tooth or implant that requires protection.

The staff is amazing! From the moment you walk in they great you by name with a smile. I make my appointments online and when I show up I am always seen right away. Because they are so punctual I can typically book appointments during the week and not miss very much time away from work.
Dr. Loomba & Hilda (hygienist) take great care to explain any treatments or procedures they will be doing and why they need to be done, and they always make sure you are completely comfortable.

I am HUGE about customer service and how employees treat their customers/patients!! Everyone is amazingly friendly and welcoming! The dentist is not always a place someone is excited to visit! I will say, the staff including doctors, are extremely welcoming and make every visit awesome! My complicated dental coverage was simplified and understood!! Shout out to Apple who shares her experienced knowledge, loving energy with patients, and everyone around!! I highly recommend this dental office!! I recently switched dental providers and the staff at Ontario Smiles did not disappoint. I was greeted by Khalen in the reception area, he was friendly and worked diligently. While waiting I noticed his friendly demeanor towards other patients and also his coworkers. Apple also works in the office, she was knowledgeable and helpful when explaining my insurance and I didn't leave feeling clueless about my benefits. Apple took the time to explain the ins and outs of my dental plan, I didn't feel rushed off when asking questions. The office it's in entirety was professional, friendly

Be careful !
This dental office is sneaky and will steal your stuff when you are vulnerable. I left my iPhone charger there by mistake 8/30/2021 since having oral surgery and went back 10 mins later to obtain it in the room I left it in the cubby where only employees would know where it's at and now they said it is gone and cannot find it. Now I have to go buy a brand new Apple branded charger that I had since they "don't know where it is at". What a shame. SMH.

The staff is amazing ! It's clean , has great music lol & very comforting!
I was having major sensitivity on a old filling so I made an appointment as a new patient, (was easy and fast getting an appointment) seen Dr.Loomba & her staff , they took X-rays (which were gentle) . Dr. Loomba gave me an exam, & explained what was going on w/ my tooth .
Doctor gave me a better understanding on what was going on which helped so much with my anxiety.
She was sooooo gentle when she was doing the treatment!Once the treatment was done, I kid you not

They're SCAM is to have you get to your appointment and sit your chair for AWHILE as they calculate how much to make you pay out of pocket!! Have had the same insurance for 10 years now and have never had to pay out of pocket. And likely the first trip will mean you getting some type of CAP or FILL. Went to another dentist for evaluation and told me I did not need any type of fills. JUST A HEADS UP EVERYBODY!!!!

Not good, does not even begin to cover it. If I could it would be a negative 10. I had oral surgery in 2018 at Ontario Smiles, bone grafts, implants, and a bridge, among other things. The bridge they tried to give me was so horrible, I refused to let them permanently cement them in, and told them on several occasions that I wanted it redone. I was ignored several times, and then finally met with a female dentist, I don't remember her name, but she was rude and condescending to say the least, and clearly did not want to fix it. I'm so sorry that I cannot remember my dentists name, ah! But I wanted to come here and just say how much I loved her. I was traumatized as a kid during a dentist visit and since then I always felt immensely anxious to come in for even a basic check up. I avoided the dentist. I expressed this to my dentist here and she comforted me and put me at ease during my first visit there and I will not change my dentist as long as she is here! The hygienists were just as comforting, even the oral surgeon when I got my wisdom teeth extracted. I appreciated them so much that I referred my parents here

My husband and I have been a patient of Ontario Smiles for years. A long time ago my husband was fead up with there shenanigans. I still wanted to give them a chance. Many times they have changed my appointment without telling me. I live in the city of Perris and there in Ontario. That's a lot of gas for nothing. Also there prices as gone WAY up. I have two dental insurance and they still wanted to charge me over $300 for teeth cleaning and filling for one tooth. The last draw was 1-4-21. I mad an appointment with the 2 months prior. They called me on Friday to confirm my appointment. I get

Amazing Dr.'s and staff! Dr. Loomba is the greatest dentist! She takes gentle care of your dental needs! Brenda is an awesome hygienist! I love how careful they are during Covid! I'm so glad they screen their patients! They welcome everyone! They have all the PPE's for your protection!! Totally recommend this dental office! They have the latest technology!!
