Dr. Brenda L. Kueckels received her dental degree from UCLA School of Dentistry in 2000. In 2001, she completed a General Practice Residency at the Loma Linda VA Hospital, where she received advanced clinical training. In 2016, Dr. Kueckels joined Dr. Van Doren in his state-of-the-art dental practice in Upland, CA.
In order to provide nothing but the best to our patients, our office uses state-of-the-art technologies in all our procedures. I was very impressed with my whole experience at Dr Kueckels office. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable, from Arlene at the front desk, Alissa the dental hygienist, and Dr Kueckels. I have moved and gotten new insurance numerous times over the last 3-4 years, and each time had to find a new dentist, which was exhausting and usually underwhelming. I started going to Dr. Kueckels about a year ago when she took over Dr. Van Doren’s practice who I had gone to for years. I never had any major dental problems but I did have an issue with my bottom front teeth that bothered me for years. I mentioned this to Dr. Kueckels and she said I can do something about that and she did! I was so happy! Dr. Kueckels is a wonderful professional who thinks outside of the box and presents different solutions for the patient to consider. She listens and is compassionate to patient’s problems and issues. I highly recommend Dr. Kueckels.

Dr. Kueckels is the best dentist I have been to in the past 52 years, and I have seen plenty. She is very professional, has excellent people skills and was constantly checking on me to see that I was comfortable. She pays great attention to detail on reviewing my history and my digital x-rays and real-time photos to describe the condition my tooth and to layout the plan to fix the problems. Her staff provided a friendly and attentive team support while working on my teeth. Most times I have felt pain while being injected with an anesthetic. I have been going to this office for 32 years and started seeing Dr. Kueckels a couple of years ago when she took over for Dr. Van Doren. Dr. Kueckels is so thorough, gentle (I have never had any pain), explains everything she is doing, and makes me feel comfortable. Every single member of her staff is wonderful as well! I appreciate that she is really honest and has the patient's best interest at heart. I drive two hours from San Diego just to go here because she runs an ethical practice and treats her patients well.
