Very biased, One sided. They try and legislate above there operating level, total disregard for court order. You’d think a counselor would promote a healthy relationship with your children but NOT Rebound, I had to go elsewhere to be able to get a better counselor/s than what I got. I’ve spoken with other professional counselors in the area and no one I’ve met has said good things about this place, not even past employees. Do yourself and/or your children a favor and go somewhere else, even if it cost more… don’t go down the rabbit hole I did, I’m still climbing out due to this HORRIBLE

If beginning your appointments 15 minutes to 30 minutes late is okay with you especially after you made childcare arrangements then this is the place for you. This is not professional nor trauma informed. This is a practice that is too busy and doesn't value time management. This is an unorganized practice that isn't concerned with respecting beginning a session on time. With many choices in town for quality and professional counseling, this is not one I would recommend. If you want to feel like a human not a number do not seek counseling from Rebound MH.
