Omg do not rent from this company!!! They are not just terrible but legally negligent of their properties. Don’t ask for repairs, none will be made! Then they will evict you for filing repair receipts towards your rent after repeatedly requesting services and nothing repaired after 6 months. They couldn’t care less the roof had a huge leak and half the house wasn’t livable the PM said she had no intentions of fixing the problems and would just evict me instead of making the per FL Housing laws required repairs. I have never left a google review or any review at all before. But the experience I had renting here was so terrible I hope I can save someone their time and money. I wish I would have read some of the reviews before renting through this company. I’ll save the time of typing out the whole experience I have had with them and just say a few things. He asked for a repair and these people sent to repair I don't know what damage in his apartment and they charged us for that repair... very unfair that we had to pay for damage that we never saw, never asked for and that was not in our apartment. Since we refused to pay such damages, every month that we paid our rent, it

Extremely bad experience. When I spoke to Keith Wood about renting my property, I expressed in no uncertain terms that I did NOT want more than one tenant in my property. As the lease for the first year was ending I began inquiring about the new lease. It was at this time I found out that they had moved not one but two other tenants into my property with no notice. I was furious and immediately told them I wanted the tenants out and I no longer trusted them to manage my property. The property manager lied to me and told me that I had to give the tenants a full calendar month, and that since it
