Caleb smith was great! I highly recommend him in any real estate endeavor. From the start he was very professional, punctual, and transparent in every aspect. He does a great job with taking the stress off of you as a client. My wife and I reached out to him when we were putting feelers out, seeing what was available, how our current home stood in the current market, and possible future moves. We felt like he truly listened to what my wife and I wanted. We did not feel as if we were just a client he was trying to make a buck off. he knew we would need contingency on selling our home to purchase
