Who will have access to my house without direct supervision or at all? - your keys should be protected from copying or theft by employees, and no one without an ownership stake in the company should be left along in your house.
These rules are for your and the workers' protection on the jobsite and in your home. There are specific and extensive rules for jobsite setup, cleanup and takedown, and disposal of materials. Revive Construction LLC is licensed by State of Oregon to perform this work.
All work being done on pre-1978 homes must be done by an RRP professional with an LBPR designation (RRP = Repair and Remodeling Professional, an EPA term) (LBPR = Lead Based Paint Renovator, an Oregon term).This rules applies regardless of the work being performed. The clean up protocols only apply above certain square foot thresholds.

Clint took our kitchen remodel from concept to completion. Everyone he brought on to complete work - engineer, electrician, plumber, flooring installer - was superb. He's extremely responsive and really knows his stuff. His marvelous attention to detail and good taste gave us a beautiful kitchen that's the envy of everyone who sees it.

We have worked with Revive for two large projects in 2016 and 2017. Clint is competent, reliable, and good at resolving the unexpected issues that inevitable come up when you do work in an older home. Our house is a ranch from 1960: the scope of the work included seismic retrofit, new windows, insulation, drywall, new flooring, upgrades to electrical and duct work, paint, and new siding. We could not be happier.
