Critical: Professionalism
Service advisor ran and hid in the back when he saw me pull up. I got no response when ringing their customer service bell. He was in the back and answered the phone when it rang but refused to come talk to me. I can only assume they treat their customers and vehicles with the same regard.

I had a new tire that had gone flat one morning and wasn't sure where to take it--the folks at Corey's got me in that afternoon, patched the tire and had me back on the road in no time...all free of charge! While I was waiting, I was able to hear the person at the front desk interact with other clients, and each time, it was made apparent that they take great pride in their work and cultivating client satisfaction. Their kind deed has made a regular customer out of me. I give them my highest recommendation.

If I could give them zero stars I woulthey sent my truck over for a non start issue. After two weeks they couldn't figure out the problem. They just started throwing parts at it. I finally had it sent back home and once it arrived back at my house the starter and distributor were missing. Then they wouldn't come back to get the truck to reinstall the parts they took out. Very poor customer service. Save yourself a headache and get your auto service done somewhere else where they know what they're doing.
