Super friendly staff! Cindy at the front desk offered coffee and brightened my day, absolutely making my surprise post-midnight shift flat tire a breeze. Multiple coworkers of mine recommended coming here and another customer there told me she’d been going here for multiple decades. The mechanic showed me exactly what happened to my tire and explained why it couldn’t be repaired. It really built my trust and didn’t feel like he was trying to push me into buying a brand new tire when I didn’t need one. I’ll be going here again for sure! Thanks yall!

Update: Got a return call from owner as seen in reply and excellent conversation. This issue was about customer service and Nathan is a fine example of how that is done. Great job and thank you for caring and following up.
Kudos to Nathan and the customer service mindset and addressing the concerns.
Took my tire in to be repaired and within two months the plug that was put in started coming out.
I took it to another tire professional and they confirmed that it was a plug and it was done improperly from the outside rather than from the inside. the result is I need to buy a new tire.
