AMAZING! I was unable to see the dentist for 20 years due to severe dental anxiety. After just a few visits, the Velis team absolutely CrUsHeD my anxieties. I naturally do not like going to the dentist. It's just an uncomfortable thing I HAVE to do. And I become nervous. But the techs and dentists are so professional and upbeat that it all quickly fades away. They are super nice and VERY accommodating. This last time I went, I watched tv during my visit, which was great! They are gentle and always make sure you are comfortable. I feel lucky to have such a service.

This is my second appointment with two separate hygienists and I just cant stress enough the high quality standards this staff has. They go an extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable and took the time to educate me. Very professional! Combined with facilities in great conditions, Velis Dental is highly recommended.

I am as picky as they come with my teeth and oral health. Last year when I moved to Spokane, I researched all of the dentists I could with my insurance before deciding to check out Velis Family Dental. I am so glad that I did! The front office staff are very kind and accommodating, which is important to me, and the office is clean and well stocked with waters and coffee for while you wait. My husband and I have only been seen by Dr. Nick Velis but he knows what he is talking about and is gentle when working on/cleaning your teeth. I have been seeing this dentist since 2014, but have recently been having some issues. I voiced my concerns at my last visit but left feeling like there was not a thorough analysis of the problem. My filling started to crack into pieces in my mouth and by feel of tongue I think my tooth may be fractured. Now I am experiencing intermittent nagging pain so much that I have to take OTC medications for relief.

When I was in 1st or 2nd grade, my family dentist retired and my mom felt his successor was more concerned about his bottom line than his patients. We transferred to Dr Velis' office. We've both been patients for almost 20 years now.
I appreciate being able to watch TV during my cleaning, and the hygienists are always nice and friendly. I don't really have much basis for comparison, but I've always been happy as a patient.

We are new patients to Dr. Velis. My daughter had a dental emergency late one afternoon after getting hit in the mouth while playing with the dog. I called the after-hours numbers for Dr. George and Dr. Nick. They both promptly returned my call. Dr. George worked with me over the phone over the course of 45 minutes. I sent him photos and he was able to see what I was seeing. He offered to meet us down at his office that same evening if my daughter was in pain. Can't say enough about Dr Velis and his staff. I had a front bridge break after 20 years and was heading out of town two days later. Dr Velis provided me a temporary solution that looked great and then a beautiful replacement that work great, until my dog chewed it up! Again, going above and beyond the call of duty and got me a replacement in 2 days. My wife and I know see him and his son Nick, the other Dr. Velis in the office. Nick is young but, knows his business and is very professional.
