Chapter 7 is designed for debtors in financial difficulty who do not have the ability to pay their existing debts. Bankruptcy court can determine that a debt is not discharged if a creditor can prove that a debt arose from fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, or theft, or from a willful and malicious injury.
Chapter 11 bankruptcy is a form of bankruptcy reorganization available to individuals, corporations and partnerships. It has no limits on the amount of debt, as Chapter 13 does. It is the usual choice for large businesses seeking to restructure their debt. The debtor usually remains in possession of its assets, and operates the business under the supervision of the court and for the benefit of creditors.
A Ch. 13 Bankruptcy is designed for individuals with regular income who would like to pay some debts in installments over a period of time. NOTE: The amount creditors receive depends on your income. After completing the payments under your plan, your debts are generally discharged. In most instances, the unsecured creditors only receive "pennies on the dollar."

I was so nervous about this bankruptcy and really scared. I am a senior citizen and needed help. They relieved all my fears and concerns. Talking with a friend about the possibility of filing for bankruptcy, they recommended Barron and Barron. Diane and her staff are as professional, helpful, friendly, and willing to go out of their very busy schedule every time I have needed something since the first day I met them, two years ago. My wife lost her job, had several expensive medical conditions/surgeries. I do wish I had read reviews before I agreed to let Barron and Barron handle anything for me.. I sent them money for several months until I paid in full the amount needed to begin proceedings. They told me upfront nothing would or could be done until then.. I was assured no filing ,nothing could proceed till I was fully paid up and I gave them the go ahead and other information required. Fortunately , I did not need to proceed with my plans and requested a refund. They agreed and sent me less than half of the amount I sent them.
