Today I contacted Iman Yosseff and expressed interest in obtaining a realtor for my family's search for a home in the Nashville area. I am a veteran and my finance is a military officer and will be retiring this year. We are planning to move to the Nashville area and are searching for a home. I reached out to Iman and explained to her that I found her company information on the Black Chamber of Commerce website. As a minority business owner, I used the Black Chamber of Commerce site to specifically support a minority based business so I was quite disappointed in my experience with Iman. I explained

This company does not update their listings and makes you call around to reach a realtor. My husband and I were looking at house on Zillow for over two weeks trying to get in contact with the person in charge of a property to see it. But no matter how many emails and messages we left we didn't get any answers until we called and were super angry over the phone and found out they used other services to list their houses so they could not update their listings. Horrible company with horrible guest service. I would highly recommend going else where because we wasted over two weeks trying to deal with
