We are a group practice consisting of mental health providers who strive to give the best clinical care possible. Located in Columbus, Ohio, just minutes from downtown and the Ohio State University, we work with the general public to treat various mental health concerns.

While we are a generalist practice, many of our providers offer specialization in various areas of mental health, including trauma related concerns, eating disorders, and family therapy. All providers at Keller Counseling and Associates work hard for their clients to help determine what will help make the greatest impact, which at times means a referral to another resource if more appropriate.
Services
We strive to make sure all our new clients feel welcome, safe, and taken care of. During your first visit, your assigned counselor will review your mental and medical history. For diagnosis, they will use both past history and current symptoms being experienced to help identify a targeted issue.

Diagnosis allows us to determine most effective treatment plan, and therefore, helps determine the route of action that your counselor will take to treat your concerns.Goals will be determined together, and ongoing scheduling for appointments will be done directly with your individual counselor. All paperwork for our practice is completed at the time of booking your first appointment with us.
NEW! Starting in August of 2021, we will be offering counseling services with clinical interns from local universities. These services are offered at a highly discounted out of pocket rate, and no insurance will be accepted for these services. If you have an insurance plan that carries a high deductible or have no health insurance or mental health coverage, these services may be a great option for you.

This company completely took advantage of me. I had a good relationship with my counselor. We were virtual; so when my insurance changed, I sent it to her. It was my understanding, then, that the insurance was being bill. EIGHT SESSIONS LATER, OVER $100 EACH, I am told I'm being billed the full amount.
There was some back and forth, then the billing person, Sara, started IGNORING me. I eventually spoke to Tracie Keller and she had no empathy or understanding. She said it was my counselor's job to know and inform me of our insurances. On what planet does that make sense? People didn't do their
