Highly recommend this shop. We brought in our 2015 Ford expedition for repair. When I picked it up I was told that it was just a loose plastic making the noise and it was a quick fix so they won’t charge me.
Not that many shops have such honesty or integrity around anymore when it comes to car repair and maintenance. So kudos to Ramon, I will definitely recommend your shop to all my friends and family!

Love this place! On sales trip through the area & rear differential was going out. Took the '98 SUV in & Ramon explained the issue, the solution, the projected cost & time line. He & Sergio fixed & it was picked up a day earlier than projected & for 12% less than what they thought it would cost and quoted me. Truck runs great and now on it's way the last several thousand miles to 500,000 original miles. These guys fix it within the time and budget expressed, fixed it correctly and communicated throughout. Definitely give them a try. I would absolutely go back if and when I might be driving back

[updated 2021] I don't know what happened. They started off great, but got expensive real quick. Their prices are the same as Christian Brothers Automotive, and lack the 2 year warranty that the chain outfit offers. They're good at what they do, but their prices are right up there with bigger outfits. Knocking a couple of stars off my original review which is below.
I've used Diaz automotive for both our cars, and both times we've had our cars serviced we've been extremely satisfied with their work. Their prices are fair, their service excellent, and their turnaround time is fast. I highly recommend

This is an awesome place!! The father and son are the best and very genuine! I needed new brakes and rotors and they performed the service the same day and were even so nice enough to come pick me up so that I could get my car back the same day! I found my new car repair/maintenance shop. I highly recommend them!😃

We just moved here to Forney from another state and we're not familiar with the state vehicle inspection process but Sergio was quick to get our car checked and back on the road. He also gave us the address to go to the county tax office and get it registered. Was a good experience and will definitely go back for future car problems.

They are so helpful and informative about my 2007 Camry. I went for Oil change and State Inspection with my kinder around 10am. They took care of my car right away and only took less than 45 minutes. My son & his wife were new to the area (Talty/Terrell) and needed auto service support on a 1998 Vette. The ECM has gone out but that was an unknown fact initially. The service provided by Diaz Automotive was and is outstanding. They diagnosed the issue, assisted determining if they could program a unit purchased via eBay from another state, installed and tested. They also stored the vehicle for a reasonable fee versus our having to tow it away & back. Have been back for a vehicle inspection today and Sergio professionally and courteously competed the service rapidly. Thankful to have Diaz

After paying $298.15 for a battery, 2 terminals and $45 labor this company made me feel taken advantage of. I won't return for them to work on my 2007 Toyota Sienna. I had my insurance tow it to them Monday Nov 19 and got it back Wednesday Nov 21. I had to pay it to get back in motion or it would have been a drawn out process with them denying overcharging me

The most appropriate word I can use to describe the staff at Diaz Automotive is "honest". My wife was told by a car maintenance chain that her car battery was bad (even though she recently had it replaced) and that her brakes all needed to be replaced. Predictably, the chain offered to do the work. We brought the vehicle to Diaz Automotive for a second opinion. As with all of our past experiences with them, the folks at Diaz exceeded our expectations. They tested the battery and determined it was fine. Found this auto shop in Forney online and based on reviews. He understood that i lived in Keller and needed my car fixed that day. He was extremely kind, courteous and efficient! He stayed open 30 more minutes past his closing time to finish my car. This is a very honest and hard-working father/son shop and i recommend anyone to go there!

Took my car to the local dealer and was quoted $2,200 for some repairs (shocks, struts, tune up). I went to Diaz and he let me know that I only needed half the items the dealer quoted, and matched the dealer's price for materials and labor. He also made all the repairs the next day, where the dealer needed a week at least to make the appointment. I will always use Diaz auto and I trust them to do great work fast. Honest, dependable, and quick service.

Ramon at Diaz automotive is the best! I had been trying to replace a part in my car for a couple of hours (should have been a 30 minute fix) but I wasn't having any luck. I called him and told him what was going on. He told me he had the part in stock and asked me to bring my car in.
In a matter of about 20 minutes, he had my car up and running and charged me a VERY reasonable amount. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the Forney area.
