I want to thank all of you for getting myself and the puppies I am transporting safely to the auto shop!
I am from Indiana so I had nobody close to call when my van blew the heater core and antifreeze came into the van and scalded me they did not waste a minute getting to me as I was sitting on the side of the highway! The driver went above and beyond, He made sure to ask if I was ok from the hot antifreeze, thank god I only have minor burns.
Very caring, Super friendly, fast service, you can not go wrong here!

If you use AAA don't bother waiting on Whiteys towing. I called AAA at 11 AM to tow my Audi from Washington to Morgantown. I called repeatedly over an 8 hour time span and was told it would be 45 minutes longer every time if they answered me at all.
Once my car was brought home at 10:50 PM (nearly 12 hours later) the driver proceeds to inform me they used the wrong tow hook and dropped my Audi which rolled into their building causing roughly $2,300 worth of damage. When I got upset the driver had the audacity to tell me I should calm down even though he had a 45 minute drive worth of time

Long story short... we blew a transmission line on I-70 east, and our insurance dispatched Whitey's Towing to take us to a nearby Ford dealership. Our tow truck driver, "Joe with the duck tattoo" was friendly, professional, and funny. He really was able to make us laugh despite the stressful situation being so far from home. He got us where we needed to go, and was on his way! Thanks Joe and Whitey's Towing!
