I had the pleasure of speaking with Arely and she was very helpful and patient with me when going over my policy, she went over all the coverages and actually called me back when she said she would ! I recently switched back to State Farm and received remarkable service from Ashley. I was still waiting for my beacons to come in the mail, Ashley was able to work around my schedule to make sure I received them on time. I lucked out and was in a conversation with Anna Pham, who guided me through all of the options that were of necessity towards my desired coverage. Along the way she gave me understanding as to the depth of what services would be rendered on each option. No push, just straight out and open, completely professional, without the feeling of dread.
