The Tolman & Wiker team celebrating our 90th Anniversary at the historic Camarillo Ranch in Camarillo, California. Tolman & Wiker Insurance Services is one of the largest, privately held independent insurance brokerages in California, and is now a partner agency of AssuredPartners, one of the largest and most capable insurance brokerages in the United States.
Greg Van Ness is a Regional President with AssuredPartners and is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and general management of the West Region, comprised of 20 locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

Prior to leading the West Region, Greg was President of one of the largest offices in the West, Tolman & Wiker ("TW"), a large regional insurance brokerage operation that is now the Southern California agency platform for AssuredPartners.
Neil Alper joined Tolman & Wiker Insurance Services, LLC in 2015, continuing his career as a seasoned Property & Casualty Risk Advisor for clients throughout Southern California and the West.

Neil's deep insurance expertise was built on his experience working in claims and underwriting units with insurance companies, as well as his experience serving as a risk advisor to clients during his time with both private and publicly-held insurance brokerages.Neil's expertise includes large property owners, manufacturing, hospitality, and construction and land development, among others.
We've been clients of Tolman & Wiker for over 30 years, and we continue to appreciate their stellar combination of outstanding personal service, risk management expertise and resources, and their ongoing commitment to our community.

After being a customer for over five years I finally had to deal with my broker. I had a vehicle removed from my policy well over a year ago, however my agent disregarded me removing the vehicle and left it on my policy. The level of disregard for the customer is beyond belief. I was brushed off well my broker flirted with the FedEx driver, opposed to doing her job, and helping me. My agent has been no help ,and never answers her phone. I keep getting sent to her voicemail and the message states she’s out of town. She’s in the office actually just not working and the office was empty. It seemed

No answer from around 5 of the people working there. Just trying to get through to one person but have called countless times over the past few days and left a voicemail. No call back. Super unprofessional.

Terrible Customer service. I was sent to voicemail and informed my agent was out of town. When I finally was able to get through to a representative I was told I wouldn’t be able to come in and I had to set an appointment. I disregarded that advice and went ahead and came in only to see My “out of town” agent and a customer free office. Instead of assisting the nonexistent customers or answering the phone like they should’ve been they were more inclined to flirt with the FedEx delivery driver. Been a customer for over 5 years and have numerous policies. All will be cancelled and moved to

I go hear for a variety of seminars regarding different aspects of safety. Every seminar has been very good, full of useful information. Presentations are always well thought out, and they provide great handouts to assist you with implementing.
