I don't recommend this office. Dr. Schmitt doesn't follow through and do what she indicates she's going to do. I found her to be flakey, disingenuous and untrustworthy. And Dr. Ross doesn't step in to help, leaving patients out in the dust. Trying to save you all, the all important patients, a lot of time and trouble. I do not recommend this office at all. Seems lots of others don't as well... I notice too with the other reviews, it seems when the office receives unfavorable reviews, they then plant positive ones immediately. Pass on this office.

It’s been years that I’ve gone to a dentist and honestly have postponed an appointment as long as I can as a result of traumatic experiences I’ve had in the past. But as my wisdom teeth started to become an issue, it was finally time to find a dentist and make an appointment to be looked at. Over the past few months I have become a "regular" at Alafaya Family Dentistry because I chose to have some restoration work with Dr. Schmitt. Dr. Schmitt developed a care plan and we discussed what options were available that I could fit within my budget and get the results I was looking for. Every single person at this practice treats me with kindness and compassion. The office is clean, the equipment and technology is current, and they are punctual. I would absolutely recommend Alafaya Family Dentistry for general and cosmetic dental work.

We just moved to Oviedo and we were looking for a dental clinic that had good rates. We were worried because we already had our trusted clinic and changes are not always easy. I can also say that I have traveled the whole world and it is not easy to find an excellent dental clinic. And this is it. The girls at the Front Desk are simply adorable, sweet! Dr. Ross and his daughter are wonderful professionals, kind and patient. The welcome they have given us could not be better. How lucky we are to have found a place like this!❤️

Dr. Ross saved my smile. I used to never smile, laugh or almost talk without covering my mouth. Now I smile daily, I laugh daily and never cover my mouth. Very friendly, personable, has all the time in the world for you. Never makes me feel like I am just a dollar being made. Thank you Dr. Ross for helping me come to life.

Hey, any dentist that brings his dog to work with him has my vote. His dog is a wonderful friend to all. He is a great k9, handsome and super sweet. Oh, and his owner is a good dentist. Seriously folks, all kidding aside (I wasn't kidding about the dog, however, he really is great), Dr. Ross is a great dentist and Debbie, his hygienist, is a wonderful gal that puts you at ease and does a super job at getting your choppers clean and checked. Now about that dog . . .
