Been going to Dale's in Tipp for over 4 years now. Staff is honest and courteous. Prices are very fair compared to other shops in market. They do a thorough job of inspecting my vehicles even when there for a routine oil change. While they keep me informed of possible issues they don't get overzealous to charge me for extra services. Very pleased

Apparently they don’t pay their taxes. I showed up to the Tipp City store at 10:15 for a 10:30 appointment and there was a bright pink sign on the door stating that they are unable to do retail business on 9/12/19 via the Tipp City taxation department. I walk in and say I have a 10:30 appointment, “well we can’t do anything right now, would you like to reschedule?” No, how about you call and tell me you have to change my appointment because you didn’t pay your taxes. Not one sorry, nothing. After 40 minutes of round trip drive time due to the Troy store being closed, I’m done with them

Been taking our vehicles to Dale's ever since we moved to the area in 2013. They are always courteous and professional, personable if you're a regular and they get to know you. I dealt with Steve Running the front counter . He was polite knowledgeable and gave me good advice for my next set of Tires. I took my truck in because the passenger side back tire had gone flat Steve told me that he couldn't patch it because it was a hole in the sidewall of the tire. They put a used tire on my truck that was the same style As my other 3. They only charged me 50 bucks to do This. My experience is that most other companies would try to charge me over $600 to replace all 4 tires. Steve gave me an economical solution for my problem and in so doing has earned my Repeat business.
