Trojan Auto Care, in Troy Ohio, is a second-generation, family-owned, auto repair facility that has served the Troy community for over 40 years. In 1971, Vic Haddad Sr., opened Trojan Tire Co., a local Goodyear tire and auto service center. As the need for quality auto service increased, our business grew and prospered.
As an independently-owned automotive repair shop, Trojan Auto Care is different from most dealer service facilities. Our ASE-Certified Technicians and Consultants (see us below) are accessible, so if you have questions or concerns you would like to discuss with the man who works on your car, you can speak with him directly.
Trojan Auto Care has been in business in Troy, Ohio since 1971. For your convenience, we offer a free shuttle service, as well as free pick up & delivery, in case you need to be somewhere while we have your vehicle.
I had a rattling under my car. I called Randy and he said, "bring it in, we will take you back and it will be ready before lunch" and low and behold, it was. I have been using Trojan since I started driving and my parents have since we moved here. I will never take my car anywhere else even if it is cheaper.

We have been coming here since moving to Ohio a little over 2 years ago. The staff that runs the front desk have always been wonderful. They are kind, helpful and are always working with you to fit your schedule. We truly trust them with our vehicle when we leave it there.
The guys working in the back are doing a great job! Sometimes they will wave and smile at the kids when they peak thru the window which makes the kids day when we are there.
Another great service Trojan Autocare provides is they will come and pick up your car and drop it off for you.

I have been a customer for many many years. They have great mechanics and staff. Vic who is the Mgr and Randy and Joey who are the Consultants are all highly professional, personable, and quite knowledgeable. I am extremely comfortable to take my cars their for anything it may need. I have found over the years that the pricing for their work is quite competitive with the area ,and worth every penny for the great work that they do. Services that I listed are all things I have had done in the past.

After diagnosing a check engine light they kindly informed me that the part that was failing may be covered under an extended factory warranty - possibly saving me over $1000. This ended up being covered and they saved me from paying for a very costly repair. Truly honest service techs, not something that is found too much anymore.

The work has always been great! The entire staff is professional and honest. They use a system that lets you approve and decline work needed via a web link. This is convenient because often because of other work, I can’t always be reached. So the work was quick! More than what I would like to pay, but this place backs it up with quality and speed everyday, all day.

Joey and the other guy at the front desk here are really awesome. They always quickly get my vehicles fixed and keep our company cars going. We have about seven company cars that they keep maintained for us. They do oil changes here but we've had them do some rather unique things with our vehicles the current vehicles in the shop we're getting its trunk latch replaced.

I can't thank the staff enough for their patience, advice and professionalism over several days. The issue with my vehicle involved an initial evaluation that was tough to hear because for some of us, our cars are like family members.
They were supportive and extended all efforts to allow me to make arrangements and come to a final decision. I can't thank them enough.
