Dr. Bollman graduated in 2003 from the University of Texas Health Science Center Houston, TX. She has been practicing for 17 years. It's important that each patient enjoys their dental visit, and that we carefully listen to their concerns in terms they'll understand. Dr. Stewart has practiced dentistry for 25 years!

I waited two hours with appointment, no feedback nothing, I was scheduled for a basic cleaning. They took my xrays and i sat in the chair waiting for the dentist just for him to say, "yeah no cavities" and then he walks away. And they said i was all done. 2 hours for that. If you like wasting your time, this is your place

The last time we went in for an appointment my wife and I waited an hour to be seen.
Our next appointment was canceled twice before we arrived to wait 45 minutes again before they informed my wife that they couldn't admit her. She recently learned she was expecting. I don't know how common knowledge this is, but we knew nothing until I brought my wife there for no reason.
Then they asked me to come back the next day as no hygienist was available for my cleaning. The impression I have is poor communication and organization.
The pandemic is hard on our health care workers, but tell your patients

My experience was a good one I came a little late and they let me in so I can get a cleaning. Cynthia in the front desk was friendly and quick even though she was occupied she took her time with me. Ester is super helpful and reasonable lady when it comes to understanding your situation. Youdi the hygienist is focused and friendly when it comes to her job she cleaned my teeth and made me feel like home

This place honestly sucks I've never been at a worst dentist in my life. My partner is currently in a room and workers are just across the hall laughing and playing around. We had things to do now plans are ruined because of these irresponsible people worst dentist ever please done come here. If I could give zero stars I would.

I went in on Monday, June 12, 2021, to have my teeth clean. The dental hygienist, did not properly clean my teeth. She only scrap and floss. She did not use the pressure water and instrument to clean under the gums. On top of that she did not even put the covering over me to protect my clothing. She did a horrible job cleaning my teeth. I would not recommend using this location. I gave a one star but would have given a zero star. I could have did my own cleaning based on the services this dental hygienist provided! Keep away from this location!!

This location lacks customer service! Manager Doris rather chat with previous customers like it’s a family setting than ensure her office is ran smoothly. As a new mother with a 3 week old child I will NEVER return to this poorly ran “dentist office”. I am highly irritated I was asked to pay $5 several times before my insurance was even verified. Talk about money hungry . Don’t bother to arrive early this location will wait until it’s your appointment time to let you know if they even put you in the queue to be seen ! Worst experience ever. I literally waited 2 hours and I didn't get the service I scheduled for which was basic cleaning. They told me that they cannot provide a cleaning to new clients on the first visit, which they failed to inform me when I scheduled the appointment. The woman who took my X-rays was rude and didn't even care to look at me when she was speaking to me. There was a sign on the door that said they will be charging an extra fee due to Covid-19, yet I did not notice them taking any extra precautions for clients that would call for such fee. My wife went here to have a tooth removed that had been cracked. They said they couldn't get to it that day and said she had to wait almost two weeks. She was in pain and couldn't wait that long so they said they could take care of her in five days. When she went in to get the tooth removed they couldn't do anything because her blood pressure was 140/90, normal for someone her age but not 120/80. Since she already paid the total amount a week earlier, she can't get a refund without waiting several months. I've NEVER had to wait more than a couple of days for a refund from
