Family law matters are among the most stressful legal issues a person can face. The right lawyer can make the best of a bad situation or prevent a bad situation from escalating. But what does the right lawyer look like? You want an attorney who is experienced, knowledgeable, assertive and has a track record of success.
You also want a lawyer who will take the time to learn the unique aspects of your case, discuss your objectives and tailor a legal strategy to achieve those goals. Former federal agent with the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Having Christine Nielson, represent me for over a year, I strongly recommend her as an amazing well-qualified lawyer. During the stress and uncertainty of the current Covid circumstances, Christine has worked tirelessly and conscientiously on my behalf. While helping navigate a difficult situation, her attention to detail, her professionalism, her unwavering support, her legal expertise, her honesty, and her kindness to me, have confirmed repeatedly that I made the best possible decision asking her to represent me during the most challenging time in my life.

Christine Nielson is an unethical attorney. She billed for time not used on the case; she increased her billing rate by $75.00 per hour when she knew she was getting fired to eat up the retainer. She gave unethical, and illegal advice, she advised her client to threaten a minor to send him to foster care during COVID, the police almost arrested her client for acting on her advice. She instructed her client to Drain the bank account, "That is the last money you will ever see from him." That was the money Christine was after for her retainer. In court, she was unprepared and perplexed, at the end

Ms. Nielson is a sharp, thorough and passionate lawyer. I have hired her for counsel over 7 years. My particular case was very overwhelming and emotionally difficult, the complexity was handled with determination and calmness. She worked with me, I was always consulted, and my opinions and thoughts were listened and fought for. She was engaging and always available for me. She got to know my case inside and out and was truly an advocate for myself and the difficult fight for myself and child. Should challenges and changes arise, I will and would absolutely contact her again. Legal matters are not

Christine Nielson has represented a family member for the past several years in a variety of cases at both the trial and appellate levels in the State of Maryland. She is a very professional, ethical, and knowledgeable attorney who works tirelessly on behalf of her clients. Christine has demonstrated over and over her expertise in not only the law, but also the factual details of each case. As someone who has worked closely with attorneys and their clients over the past 20 years at the Federal level, I believe Christine is a true advocate who advances the interests of and defends her clients.

I personally worked with Christine Saverda-Nielson for the better part of 20 years after a referral from Counsel at Goodell & Devries of Baltimore formerly Semmes, Bowen and Semmes.
A friend of the family Ernest Barnes, Federal Trade Commission Chief Administration Law Judge who passed away in 2016 in many personal discussions recommended her as my personal attorney on many legal issues.
Her background, her experience and education as a Federal Agent for the US Treasury Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, a Yale Law School graduate have prepared her for my own Federal and Corporate business

Christine started out as my legal counsel when I was recently divorced. My ex-husband had me in court many times over the next 16 years. She always had a strong defense in the courtroom, as well as a personal interest in my children and I. Christine showed her versatility when she handled other legal matters over the years for me and my family. Christine has a vast understanding of the law and did a great job of helping me to understand my legal rights. I highly recommended her services to family and friends who were also very happy with their outcomes. I always hope I won’t need Christine’s

A fantastic attorney who did what two previous, higher-priced lawyers couldn't ... we won a long and complicated child custody & support case that lasted years. She is an incredible negotiator who didn't back down from one of the county's most accomplished litigators. She always returned my calls and emails. One of the toughest and hardest working attorneys I've ever met!
