Positive: Professionalism
I was traveling from Kansas to Oregon and my alternator went out while approaching Burley late at night. I was on Merle's doorstep at opening the next morning. Mark got me right in and had me back on the road in about an hour. Can't say enough good things about this business!

John and Mark are wonderful! We are two ladies driving from Des Moines, IA to Salem OR. Our hood would not latch close. We googled and found Merels repair. These two gentlemen came out and tried and tried and tried to fix our hood latch. They eventually decided what the problem was and got our hood to latch till we could make it to a dealership for a new one. They were awesome. If you want great customer service and a job done well Merels is the place!

John and Mark were excellent. Had a tire blow on my trailer on interstate and went to them to make sure my trailer was road worthy. I was in a rush traveling across the state and they dropped everything they were doing to fix the trailer. They were able to fix everything on the spot and even found and fixed some other things that I didn't even know about (broken break line). They stayed over almost an hour past closing and worked on the trailer in the pouring rain to ensure I could continue my journey safely. Now that is service you very rarely get these days.

Merle's is one of the few remaining shops that thoroughly understands the mechanical systems of your vehicles. Merle's has the knowledge and experience to not only find which part is bad, but to know why it failed. This allows them to often repair the part instead of just replacing it.
I am also impressed with the wide range of things that Merle's can fix. I have seen them fix backhoes, trucks, pickups, cars, lawn mowers, buses, and even power tools. It doesn't matter what make or model or age it is; if it is mechanical the odds are good that Merle's can fix it.
Merle's has always provided me
