Traveling from SLC to Twin Falls on a delivery, I needed a fuel filter replaced in my '02 7.3 diesel excursion. If you know these trucks it is a very simple swap -- about 15 min and a 40.00 part. I had no tools with me and wanted to use the time to browse Google and to call around SLC to try to find a specialist that could see my son who had broken his hand prior to this trip. After stopping near the freeway at another shop that wanted 165.00, I called Crawford's and had a GREAT experience. They did the filter for 70.00 as quoted over the phone. I used the time to get an appointment for my son

Our car broke down and was towed here, where we learned the car was not salvageable. They treated us very kindly when giving us the bad news, gave us a bunch of resources to get back on our way, helped us find a good deal for the car, and even let us camp out in their shop for a bit while we arranged rides. Very kind, professional, and respectful.

Update: he called in the morning and said the call dropped and he tried to get back to me a few times. While I have another tow company helping, I could sense his concern and he said if anything happens to give him a call. I appreciate the kindness, thank you. :)
