Super friendly staff. We’ve only have met with Dr. Alff once so far. He knew exactly what we, especially my husband was going through. His neuropathy has gotten worse over a short amount of time.
We have been to numerous doctors and specialist only to hear there is no hope or cure for it.
Taking a hand full of pills each day to just mask it was not an option we were open to.
Our second appointment is only days away. After reading testimonials from other past and current patients (which there are a lot) about their results we feel hopeful!

They have a $49 special for first time patients. I was seen right away by Dr Alff and his staff. They did an assessment, x-rays & tests, and then spent a lot of time answering my questions and addressing my concerns. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice and informative theses folks were! I would recommend them 100%!

Had my first consultation and I finally have HOPE. I have searching for 2 years for a doctor that would help me. I was starting to lose hope until a friend sent me a link on Facebook about the Ventura Spine and Nerve Center. First of all I filled out the questionnaire 1 day before my appointment that was easy. At the appointment I was greeted by a professional with a smile and she walked me threw a tour of the facility. The building was immaculate. Very clean with new Equipment for doing the evaluations. All the testing and the ex rays were done at the facility the Doctors were friendly they made me feel at home the testing took approximately 90 minutes I was out the door. I will get the results of all tests will be on my next visit.

When I first walked into Dr. Alff's office I had the best experience I've every encountered at a Dr.s Office. The staff was excellent. Everyone was so friendly and professional. First of all I filled out the application on line before I even entered the office which was a blessing. I had my first visit with Dr Alff and his team today. I walked into the office a bit apprehensive and simply exhausted from a year + of pain and mobility issues. Prior to my back injury, I was a healthy active 49 year old female. I had a devastating injury that lead me to orthopedics after orthopedics, neurosurgeons, pain specialist and physical therapy. After moving to Ventura, luckily I've finally found the right place. It took me a while because I know bodywork and I'm really fussy!
Dr Alff really knows what he's doing, besides which, he is very compassionate, kind & caring. He has gentle effective methods and is an overall healer, not you're average guy!
His staff are wonderful. Efficient, positive and helpful. I've had many and various injuries and am extremely thankful I now have a 'home' to go for for help.

My first visit 10+ years ago was for treatment of a bunion I developed. Having already scheduled surgery to remove the bunion, a friend and patient of Ventura Spine & Nerve Center suggested I have a consultation prior to. Needless to say after just several treatments, it was evident surgery was NOT required. I view Dr. Alff's care as an ongoing gift of wellness.

Dr. Alff, Susan and Summer - you couldn't ask for a nicer, more caring team of people. They always smile when you walk in - call you by your first name - and genuinely (believe that) care about your health. I would highly recommend Dr. Alff and his staff to anyone in pain.
There are a million doctors who just want to prescribe you medications (because they are on commission) - not these people. They treat everything with natural homeopathic solutions. Dr. Alff is a great doctor.
Just my humble opinion - but I highly recommend this business.
