Had my Volvo's fuel pump replaced due to a leak that caused wild fuel pressure. It was well under the initial price quoted and everything seems to be working perfectly fine. The mechanics clearly know their stuff, and I'm happy with my experience overall.
If I had to nitpick, there's a tiny dent in the driver speaker grill that I'm nearly positive wasn't there before. Nothing else was too out of whack though, so I can't complain.

I asked if they could look at my vehicle. I guess they're behind and said drop it off overnight and we'll look at it on the morning.. why would i drop my vehicle off at night and not be able to use it just so it can sit and wait for someone to look at it the next day?? These places needs to start doing appointments bc that doesn't make sense for me to leave it overnight

I had taken my 2004 Freestar to three other shops including a Ford dealer and nobody could figure out the problem. I dropped my vehicle off at Paul's and received a phone call the next morning that they knew what the problem was. The following morning I picked up my vehicle and it's been running great. Even though it's a 30 mile drive I'll be taking all my vehicles here in the future. These guys know what they're doing and my repair costs were less then I already shelled out for others NOT to fix it.

I have used Paul's Automotive now for several years. I trust them with my vehicles. They call you first to explain what is wrong with your vehicle.
