Professional customer service. Asked them varuous questions about a previous repair and they went straight to my car, lady in front counter sent one of their mechanics and a supervisor and the first fixed the issue, the supervisor was very courteous and explained to me what was in his opinion the second issue i am having and what to look for in the future. Lady at the front counter, enjoys her line of work you can tell right away she organized these machanics to help me. A-1, the Rolls Royce in auto center services.

I'm from Texas, working up here and needed a brake inspection performed. I called on Monday 7/9/18 and was told they could get it in on Tuesday 7/10/18 at 10:00am. I asked if I could drop it off Monday evening and she said yes they have a drop box.
I filled out the form and asked to be called before performing any corrections. I was contacted around 1:30-2:00 on Tuesday, told the front brakes and rotors needed replace but the rear brakes still had 8mm left. A1 Auto is my favorite place to go when I need my vehicle repaired! The two ladies in charge make you feel very welcomed and most of all it is an HONEST repair shop which is very rare these days!
I'm a disabled person that's on an extremely fixed income. I went today for brakes since they were making a noise. They told me my brakes were fine & that my back brakes were like new and my front brakes would be good for a while yet! The noise was caused by my rotors which had some corrosion since I don't drive a lot.
If you want Honesty, take your vehicle to A1 Auto!!!

One of the best places in town to have auto repairs done. They are upfront, honest, reliable and very professional. As a woman I usually get looked down upon in auto repair shops not here. This place is staffed by women. Gotta love it! Best place in town hands down! These mechanics definitely go above and beyond every time. Their work ethic and service shines above everyone else. I highly reccommend checking this place out the next time you need some work done on your vehicle!

This place totally rocks. I have taken my Jeep Wrangler in here twice. Once, for a heating and battery problem, and the second, for a belt that needed to be replaced. Both times, they were very on top of things and professional, and gave me a AAA discount without my even asking. The second time, I took it in, and it was done like two hours later, which was great since we were getting a blizzard in our area and I needed my car back since it is the best one I have in snow. Prices are super reasonable and the staff is very nice. HIGHLY recommend.
