Matthew reviewed a contract that we had used previously and found several holes that could hurt our agency. Due to new contracts, we have to license all of our agents with Citizens. As such, when they write a policy it is in their name and the agency name. It is imperative that we have a strong contract that establishes that when they leave the policies stay with us. With Matthew's assistance, I now do not have any worries as to keeping all of my agencies polices.
