Martin was very helpful and took all of my calls concerning my vehicle. He explained everything thoroughly and I didn’t have to talk to a bunch of people for an answer. All of the staff were very friendly and courteous and made you feel at home when you walked through the door. They made the entire process so easy and the customer service was amazing! After a bad experience at another shop, these guys definitely earned my business simply by taking the time to answer all my questions at closing time, never making me feel like they were too busy to help. A friend of mine visiting from out of town lost his transmission while in Paris. One quick call and a flatbed was there, I'm thinking pretty good start. A day later JD called me telling me the trans was indeed bad. I said get it fixed. He told me a price and I agreed. I have had to initiate every contact since. It's been 3 weeks and still no truck with a working transmission. I was told 2 or 3 days...great out of the gate horrible down the stretch ill keep you all posted on any other issues.
