I have been married to my handsome husband for 10 years, and together we are raising two boys in Wilmington, NC. I am originally an east coaster from Pittsburgh, spent a few years in Chicago, and a decade in San Diego before calling Wilmington my home. Beach days are my mini vacations. I am passionate about nourishing, real food and raising boys who are kind, loving, and connected to God and the world around them.
