Services
Dr. Bates has been a practicing chiropractor for almost a decade. She sees patients of all age groups, however, she has extensive education and experience with the prenatal and pediatric population. When Dr. Bates is not adjusting to individuals and families she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
Keisha has been a part of my family's medical team for 2 years now. She is very skilled and knowledgeable in not only chiropractic but whole body wellness. She has been a lifesaver for my 2 sons who are competitive gymnasts and put their bodies under a lot of stress. We highly recommend her! Keisha is an incredibly kind and caring chiropractor that cares about her profession, helping her clients and serving her community.
On the first visit, a comprehensive medical history is taken along with a physical exam. During this history and exam, I determine if it would be best to proceed with care. No two individual's health concerns are exactly alike thus the direction of care is specific to each individual. If X-rays or referrals are warranted an adjustment will not be rendered on the first visit; otherwise most patients will be adjusted on the first visit.
For those without insurance or high deductible plans, our affordable cash plans will be your best option. Please note Wellness Plans refer to non-injury patients. Excludes auto accidents and major injuries. Option 1: Monthly Wellness Plan: $180 (4 visits/month, visits expire each month) Savings of $20.
Chiropractic care in Roswell utilizes the body to heal itself. This is done by performing a gentle chiropractic procedure known as an adjustment. These adjustments correct misalignments that happen during everyday activities. We call these misalignments, subluxations. A subluxation may be the cause of pain, decrease range of motion, and/or dysfunction in the systems it innervates.

The team at Journey has been fantastic since day one!! I found Journey family Chiropractic by Google search after I had thrown my back out on a Sunday. Dr. bates got me into the office within hours and I was quickly on the mend. I have been seeing Dr. Bates for months since my initial back incident and my regular adjustments have kept my back feeling great. Dr. Keisha, a certified prenatal chiropractic care, was referred by my OB for excruciating pain around my lower back due to sleeping on the sides. I'm so glad that I made an appointment to see Dr. Keisha for my lower back pain during this pregnancy- only regret is, that I didn't do this sooner! I was 29 weeks pregnant when I started seeing Dr. Keisha (weekly) for spinal adjustments/ ligament soreness and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I’ve been going to Journey Family Chiropractic for years and Dr Bates is the only person I trust to adjust my kids and myself. She is professional and dedicated to her patients total wellbeing. I highly recommend Journey Family Chiropractic!! The staff are both friendly and highly professional. I have dealt with back issues since middle school, and I always feel so much better after an adjustment or massage (side note: their massage therapists provide the BEST massages I have ever had!). If you are looking for chiropractic services, you should definitely try this practice.

Dr. Bates is very kind and always remembers your details, whether it be where you need focus for adjustments or just catching up and asking about what's going on in your life. She does a great job with both corrective and maintenance adjustments. I came in with a thrown out back and she quickly got me back in great shape in a short time.

Since day 1 Dr.Keisha and her staff has made my family and I feel comfortable, well taken care of and safe. She educates throughout adjustments and really listens. Also the massage therapists are some of the best I’ve ever experienced.
