We have a Ford 450 in our 26' class C RV. The local Ford dealership refused to work on it since it's an RV. So after much research, and finding many positive reviews for The Shop DeLand, we decided to give them a try. We have had our RV in for service a couple of times now, and feel totally confident in our choice. The staff is very friendly and professional. We are more than happy with them and highly recommend their business.

Wow! What an experience! Top notch service from beginning to end. I must say Billy was the key that unlocked such a marvelous experience. His friendly tone, attentive and desire to help us with a quote was amazing.
Unfortunately, our alternator died on us and being fairly new residents of Deland we always passed by The Shop on our way home. We gave it a shot called in and got Billy, who recommeded an amazing Tow Service (Richards Tow) to help get our Armada to the shop. From there communication between Billy and I was very pleasant. He updated me on the status and timeframes and had our vehicle

Great Local American Company that truly respects military, law enforcement, first responders, and anyone else looking for service. Terry and Tony jumped on the opportunity to install a 6" lift kit for my Nissan Titan while giving a generous military discount which was not even asked for. BEWARE - STAY AWAY from this dishonest shop!!! Unfortunately yelp doesn't let you put no stars. My son is a student at Stetson University and was coming home for the holidays but the lifted truck he drives had an issue with the valve stem so he didn't want to make the trip back south without getting it repaired. He took it to The Shop on Friday afternoon for them to repair the valve stem and rotate the tires. The truck was barely driven after the repair and was parked on the security patrolled campus. This place is the best! After taking my Jeep to my regular shop of 20 years and the local dealership, they could not fix the problem or even diagnose what was wrong. I had heard good things about the shop and took it there. These guys are the best. They found the problem and fixed, no problem! They are easy to work with and stand behind their work. My Jeep has found a new home for it's repair work. If you have a Jeep, don't take it anywhere else! Thank you guys for great work!

BEWARE!! PLEASE READ other reviews and BBB. This shop will take your vehicle, and not return your phone calls, when you pick it up, plan to pay double what you were quoted or you will not get your vehicle back. Not only that but don't expect you vehicle to be fixed, sent my vehicle in for an exhaust leak, quoted 1800-2400, when picked up the bill was $4150. (no explanation for the price doubling) after mechanic deleted the EGR, and DPF, the truck went into "limp mode" no power, would excelerate on its on, took back into "The Shop" and mechanic did not know how to fix

Tony and Amy are wonderful business owners. Their friendly demeanor, care for their customers and down to earth personalities win. Their mechanic Shane gets the job done above and beyond, they even stayed late for me one night until I got off work to check out my truck and the previous job they had done because I was still having some issues. This shop and its people are great, however their prices are very high vs competitors.
