Hi, my name is Chris Cannarozzo. My Father and I started Chris & Rod's Auto Service back in 1995. We are now a 3rd generation family run business with our nephew Josh joining our team as an automotive technician. We would like to welcome you to our website and hope this info will be helpful for you and your friends.
I am so happy I was referred to Chris and Rod's for help with car repair and maintenance. I found them to be very accommodating and thorough. I love being able to frequent a reliable local establishment instead of having to go to the dealership. I am very pleased with their work! Chuck said there was a problem with a part this place installed and they went above and beyond to get a replacement part and correct the problem.

So... my starter that I purchased they said didn't work. Its brand new. So they had to find a special starter that cost twice as much, then they said my battery was bad. So... they get a second starter i paid for, then proceed to keep the 1 i supplied, and keep the old battery I have a warranty on. Plus they charged for for 2 hrs of labor which is insane for that job. So.. I end up paying 900$ to replace a starter. On a cheap basic Hyundai! As far as I can tell these guys are the biggest crooks! I won't get my battery back they took it. BIGGEST CROOKS! I AM SO MAD ABOUT THIS ITS JUST WILD. BTW

Got a low tire pressure signal and was nervous because I’m not great with cars but knew this could be just a plug or a whole tire replacement. Put air in it and called Chris and Rod’s. They said that they didn’t want to waste my time if the tire needed to be replaced because they don’t carry tires but if I wanted to wait a day for them to order I could. I asked if I could come in to have them just to look and they said absolutely. Super friendly stay. Got me in right away. Had a screw in my tire and they got it plug. Wonderful service! They’re right by where I do most of my errands and

Chris and Rod's Auto saved me AGAIN! No appointment, an hour before closing, Friday night, and they stayed with me and helped me until I was safe! It is infrequent that I leave feedback for a business that I have patronized but after bringing my vehicle to Chris and Rod's Auto Service in Webster, I just had to say that I am extremely pleased with how they took care of me and my vehicle. Faced with a very expensive repair near Christmas time is something that's not on anyone's wish list. Chris and Scott came up with a solution that was not only less expensive, but literally saved Christmas for me. I've never met a more honest group of people who we're looking more at repairing my vehicle the right way and getting me back on the road and less
