I offer individual counseling services in a private practice setting for adolescents and adults. I primarily work with eating disorders, trauma, OCD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and mood disorders. I have experience working with multiple levels of treatment including: Inpatient Hospitalization, Partial Hospitalization, and Intensive Outpatient.
I utilize evidence based treatments and techniques. My approach is to meet my clients where they are in their treatment and adjust my techniques to meet their needs. My goal is to provide a therapeutic environment that allows for growth, healing, and insight.

Services
We are currently an in-network provider for Aetna, BCBSTX, Cigna, and United Healthcare/Optum. You may still be able to use your insurance if your benefit plan offers coverage for out-of-network providers. You can contact your insurance company to determine your reimbursement coverage.
After you pay the full session fee, we will provide a superbill containing necessary information for you to submit to your insurance company, which will then reimburse you directly.
