Services
I graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in History. My Master of Arts in Counseling is from Dallas Baptist University. While attending graduate school, I rounded out my academic knowledge by working at counseling agencies assisting individuals and couples through various difficulties. I have also provided counseling services at mental health hospitals in the Dallas/Ft.
I work with a range of emotional and behavioral issues that keep you stuck. My services span from therapy for depression and anxiety to grief counseling to relationship issues, and beyond. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I provide a highly personalized approach tailored to each individual's needs to help them attain personal growth and healing.
The fee is $150 per 50 minute session. If you request pre-marital counseling utilizing the Prepare/Enrich assessment as a guide, sessions are 90 minutes and the fee is adjusted accordingly. Currently, I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and CIGNA. Please be aware that insurance companies will not usually pay for couples or family counseling.
